Lesson Context:  

At the midway point in the semester, it is effective to reflect upon what we've accomplished and what we are working on perfecting.  Also, as students responsible for our own work and grades, it is beneficial to take that responsibility seriously and figure out what we've done that shows where we stand in class.

Further, students have identified a need-  writing academic paragraphs in a quick, organized manner.  We'll introduce a strategy for further practice today and show how this strategy works and what we can do to improve upon it and what we can do to hide the fact that we are using a strategy.


1. Journal- 

Chat with your neighbors and compile your assignments to determine how they match with the provided list and to determine what you are missing.
